We frequently order to go from Texas Roadhouse in Cedar Rapids. The food is always cooked just the way we like it. It is always ready when they say it is going to be, and they always walk thru to make sure everything is there. Parking is not great, but overall we have never had a bad experience.
My family, kids and grandkids all went here for my twins birthday. We all had excellent meals and are still talking about it! I had the best Filet that I've had in a very long time. So very tender and seasoned to perfection! All the kids and Grandpa loved the food, the atmosphere and the excellent service we were given. So attentive and eager to help in any way. We will be bringing the whole group back again. As for Grandma, I will be ordering that awesome filet again and again!! Love this restaurant!!!
This is one of the better Texas Roadhouses I have been to. The steak was good and cooked the way I ordered it. The staff was great. And this one actually had peanuts on the table.
We love to eat here for lunch on Fridays as you can get a great meal special of good food for less than it would cost at a fast food restaurant (yuck)! Take advantage of this opportunity'
We showed up about 5:30 hoping to avoid the dinner crowd but we were wrong. There was still a 20-30 minute wait. They suggested we go back to the car. By the time we got to the car I received a text saying we were up next on the waiting list. The service was outstanding! Everyone was moving quickly getting food out and helping customers and even did their little song and dance at one point in the evening. We got our free appetizer for being a member and it was during a birthday month. We chose the breaded pickles over the breaded onion. It was a good choice. The stake prices were reasonable and tasted very good. Tip: go before 5:00 pm and they have a reduced price menu. This will be our new go to stake house.
Not much to say other than it is reasonably priced, service is good, and the food is good. It's a little loud, but if you've been there you are prepared for that. I do miss being able to play songs on the jukebox.
Went to this business last evening Sunday to celebrate a friends birthday. Friend was from Minnesota and had never been to a Texas Roadhouse. This was the first time that I had been at this location in many years. We did not have any appetizers we just had the most delicious rolls which are hard to resist after eating one . We both had Ribeyes with green beans salads and potatoes. Steaks were excellent cooked to perfection with a very succulent favor and hot. Salads were great with a generous amount of dressings. Green beans were very well prepared with a great amount of seasonings. Baked potato was cooked perfect and a great size. Server was Zoe and was very friendly and knowledgeable and the manager stopped by to see how things were. Great meal with great service and a great atmosphere with a lot of celebrations going on. Never a full moment. Definitely will return to this location.
